Comments : Celine because I had to draw some Star Ocean art and didn’t feel like picking an enemy. Originally I was going to draw Albel but I was short on time I figured his hair alone would take me a while. I’ll draw him some other time, so I chose Celine mainly because of her hat and the fact that shes a mage. I love her outfit...I just wish I could have drawn her boots. ^-^
